See... The reason i wanted to know was because it carries a pretty big risk of dyeing of thirst hunger in comparison to the tiny benefits it currently offers.
HTF had killed me twice since i joined here... It has never saved me once.. that's sorta a bad sign for the usefulness of the system. So much so that i actually turned it off on one of my pc's just a few hours ago. The benefits simply are not worth it. This is my reasoning summed up.
Good - HTF
1. Gives a tiny amount of hp when you eat / drink
Bad - HTF
1. High risk of dyeing if you need to go afk because the counter keeps ticking even in afk mode. (this alone killed me once)
2. Not cost effective in comparison to healing supplies . (i can get more HP and uses by buying a cheap bandage for around the same amount)
3. Food costs money... Its a constant drain on your coin no matter what.
4. Food & Drink weigh you down.
Although I would give this as a plus i dont feel i can because i have never seen either of those things happen while i was playing. Food has never given me more than 3 hp and drink has never cured poison. I will admit that may just be luck but i am dubious to include something i cannot vouch for despite using the system as long as i have.
