Well, this is getting a bit off-topic, but I've considered using this for Garr when he hits 10th or is near to it. However, I think I recall seeing a couple of differing statements about whether or not turning it off actually increases the rate of earning notoriety. If it doesn't increase notoriety then there's not much point turning off XP gains because at least you can always use the XP for the forge while you're waiting for enough notoriety.
