But that's just addressing the symptoms, not the disease. It still stands that Germany has some pretty heavy-handed laws compared to the rest of the First World, in part brought on by Germany's many trigger-happy litigators and the virtual minefield that they've created. It's not just the videos; if the German authorities or their money-hungry legal eagles peek in here and see something -- anything -- that they don't like, somebody is getting fined, sued, shut down or any/all of the above. Just as an example, there's a fairly obvious reason why the entire Wolfenstein computer game series is verboten in Germany. If someone in here starts chatting away about the latest Wolfenstein installment, and some German lawyer skims on through, who knows what could happen next?
