She is an evil manipulationing biatch. An uber mage who can tap into the forces of hell itself. Using her staff and her crow she can scry and see them coming.
She probably wouldn't waste much time with the humans. Possiblly a good fire or acid storm and would let Max mop up. She may cast duplicate storms to short circuit him. She would use all minions she could summomn as cannon fodder.

As for Max, if memory serves at the end he mreged with his creator. He would probably analyze her from afar. Realizing the staff is a power focal point he may try
and destroy it first.

She would ignore the human corpses and probably reassemble good ol max into her personal golem.
