I reckon it goes to show that players care about the NPCs more than some folks might think. :)

It reminds me of the Pirate Isles server, how there used to be a centaur girl wandering up and down the main street of Palaggar, talking about how she came to Prespur to hunt down the vampire lord who killed her lover and whatnot. Then Dorkling/DM Half-Orcette deleted her because some lame players, for some reason, just couldn't handle the existence of a centaur on a pirate-scourged island in the Sea of Fallen Stars, and they griped to Dorkling about her until he got tired of the whining and deleted her from the module. So naturally, a bunch of us started griping about that. "Hey, where did Cindul go? We like Cindul! Put her back!"

Dorkling never did put Cindul back on the island, alas. :(
