Apparently, you can also go two or more days without taking the drug, and if you pass two Fortitude Saves in a row, you're clear. Rhul has a Medium addiction, so its DC might not be too terrible. And Lazulei's Constitution is pretty good.

As for whether those are two in-game days or two real life days, well, I guess I'll have to wait and see. Staying off the rhul's going to be hard, though. That stuff really gives you an edge over all those barbarian thugs.
