Woman I work with thought it was food poisoning.

Noticed some oddness in her hearing while driving home.

Turned out to be a heart attack.

Just saying...

I would like to add that my grandmother had a heart attack about two years ago. Her symptoms were a pain in her ear and dizziness as well as a weakness in one arm and of course chest pains.

Yes these are also symptoms. So do pay attention to those around you and yourself. :)
