Plus if you have more than 325 pieces in your house you should be able to get some coin trimming it down. The only reason anyone will end up needing to repurchase furnishings is inactivity.

I am aware and have no problems with what Thayan is proposing. I was just suggesting a possible alternative plus also reminding people to remove items from storage first.
