Many restless young adventurers of Thay have had their first taste of travel and adventure as caravan guards.  The hin Dharva Scatterheart is looking for a few good men to guard her caravan as it travels to Nethjet from Tyraturos.  While it may be considered menial work, big things can have small beginnings....
