I can't give you a firm answer, but from a purely Thayan perspective we tend not to be beholden to any outside influence. Hence the split from Mulhorand and the god kinds in the first place. Therefore I see my no reason which Thayan contracts would fall anywhere outside of Thayan Law.

The guild is ran by Red Wizards, most conflicts would be handled by them anyway.
