High Thay and its Castellan have gathered numerous slaves to prepare for a months-long process to extend the High Road to Thralgard Keep. With the workers now all ready, construction will begin starting with the removal of organic material one league east of the Keep. 

((This short DM event is open to all PCs and will begin on Thursday September 30 at 4:00pm EDT. Anyone interested can gather 1 league east of Thralgard Keep at the designated time.
