To clarify; these rumors could/should be more than any about special quest givers. If there is info about a unique or adventure location, those would be very useful (i.e. - anything they know about Dillomat's Tower and its destinations, maybe a warning about Kepetur being a wild magic zone, or a tip that the Adventurer's Portal has been known to send people so some sort of Uncharted Land, etc)

Or tips on defeating certain tough/commonly encountered/unique monsters (Aballin, Rust Monsters, Trolls, etc).

Any other item/place/person/faction/systems of the PW/etc that they feel they can turn into IC information would be great to see.
I will be reviewing any submissions and acting as editor (or censor) so they certainly don't have to get them "perfect." But since not necessarily all rumors need to be 100% accurate (like they may, or may not be, right now) they are free to use a bit of their own interpretation of how and what a NPC might share about [whatever they choose to write about].
