Do you loot vials of vampire blood off NPC vamps? I heard in game that to become a vampire, you need a DM's approval, but my informant told me that was at the time they were still being tested. I'm not sure if the current system involves DM, player exclusive vamps, or if you can somehow become one from an NPC.
