They know he, or she, or it, as the "Bard of Bezantur", and it is said that it kills, and upon the kills leave poems that praise the Madgod Cyric and all things within his sphere of influence. A new serial killer has arisen in Bezantur.

The common man is afraid, and there is some uneasiness in generel. It is not an uncommon thing, that murderers wander the streets of Bezantur, but this killer has been rather busy, and is said to take just about anyone, rather than just the "unmentionables" of society. No one can feel safe.
