Heading into the barracks, Sergeant Diego San'draxus compiles a short letter that he posts up at various places around the barracks.

"Legionairres; Recruits and Officers,

It has been ordered by Red Wizard Ihsahn that a report be compiled about all knowledge and knowings of this serial killer known as the Bard of Bezantur. I want any and all information written in organized reports and left with the Master Sergeant Martin to be picked up by myself. I shall then compile a formal report that will be taken to Master Ihsahn when requested or deemed sufficient to please him.

If you do not understand this order recruits. Trust me, I will be creating new punishments to ensure fast action and effort in this task. So do not waste my time, be alert, watchful and detailed. I do not wish to miss information due to your lack of common sense or awareness.
