Thread moved. This is not a bug and DarkRanger is right those are player owned merchants. Removing the sell option is out of the question - we have better things we want to improve and build and our time is limited. Instead why not take a RP approach and find the owner and barter with him/her character? I'll be damned but that might even be fun!
