A player cannot control all movements that their characters make and sometimes there are an occasional bumping into another or walking in-between people, if such occur and you choose to make an IC deal out of it you at least say something like "Watch your steps" or similar but this would still not be grounds to actually kill or attack another player.
Evil is not to be mistaken with "Asshattery", "Bullying" and "Kill people who say something that is the slightest improper to my character", there are in fact other qualities that your evil character could have rather than the ones above. Being evil doesn't necessarily have to mean that you're going to be the guy that everyone dislikes OOCly but instead you could be the one that inspires other players and make them say "I like the way you play your character, kudos to you"
I agree with the above, very well put. Everyone has different styles of rp and that needs to be concidered. If your are not a fan of PVP then do your homework observe and walk away.
So far the bastards I have come across with play their evil nature very well. They are Vortar, Ihskar, and Maurin. They scream don't mess with me but are still approachable. :P
(Yes this is reflecting IG not calling the players bastards and yes I know there are other bastards out there but these stand out.)
