I understand what you're saying, and I agree with it. However, it isn't about such a wide circumstance as you're attempting to turn it in to.

This is a straight forward concern, just as mine was a straight forward experience. There isn't any underhanded tactics behind it. A person should not be attacked for walking in between conversing people. Ignore the variables you're trying to add to the formula, Purulent.

If a person walks in between your conversation, curses you out, attacks you, etc, whatever other reasons you'd like to add, then I'm certain PvP could be a viable option.

However, as Thayan and several others agreed with, at its basic level, it shouldn't be an offence worthy of PvP.
