The Cyricists are loudly declaring the newest addition to the Faerunian Pantheon an usurper. Kelemvor, who did battle Cyric and is now the Lord of Death arisen. Already now, many mortals take up the symbol and ideals of Kelemvor, and His church is organizing.

The Tyranny of Terror that has been held over death is finally at an end. The emissaries of Kelemvor preach that death is not an end, but a beginning, and nothing to fear. The realm of the dead has been reclaimed from the foes of mortals, Myrkul and Cyric hold no sway over the afterlife anymore.

Now, Kelemvor has set himself in staunch opposition to all who would disturb the peace of death. Velsharoon and all who deal in necromancy are his biggest foes, after this comes the Cyricists and their demented Lord. The sanctity of the afterlife shall be preserved.
