Messengers crows fly out from the Central Citadel of Bezantur with instructions for all tribunes of the Priador legion to immediately report to the city.
Additionally, messenger crows from the Red Keep of the Alaor search out tribunes of the Alaor and Thayan Navy legion to immediately report to Naval Base.

While the tribunes affected are tight-lipped about the contents of the message, most realize that the tharchions of the two legions are shoring up their defenses in preparation for a war that may be coming soon...

For any tribunes of the Priador or Alaor legions, please send me a PM for the details of this message.
