Due to the fix for this bug, persistent storage must again be cleared out so the database can be rebuilt. As stated in the post above, this is scheduled to occur on November 5. I will post here again prior to that date to provide warning once again, but you may want to think about clearing out your persistent storage before then that you cannot fit in your PC's inventory.
