I suggest poking people via tells, if you can't find anyone to RP with.
I will personally always RP and quest with people, if they ask me. Unless of course it makes sense for me to go with them on the given character.

However depending on where people are it could take a bit of time as caravan and boat trips well.... :P and recall stones kind expensive to be constantly used. Maybe a few more mini dm events to bring players together to meet in game and possibly develop future rp potential. Posting a request for rp in game on the "Bulletin Board " as well as forum and then confirming times and such via pms as has been done with Avrora's trip through the abandoned mines and the recent auction.

I know it might be boring to play alone. But that is a necessary evil.

Yes this does often happen but as most people's play times limited, it can be frustrating. Maybe wait about 30 minutes or so to see if anyone shows up.
