Curiosity here. If women use the males, is there a chance they will be pregnant or is it assumed that birth control of some type is used, mayhap a spell.

Tristella has laid down with Pearl's Boy (about three times) and a half-orc man, an elf man and an old man (twice...eww) at Sweet Petals. No pregnancy ever ensued. Pearl's Boy did give her a disease once, though. But now she has a Ring of Disease Immunity, which tends to take the fear out of hiring the cheap prostitutes. :P
