Personally, and probably due to my truly limited knowledge of what is 'written' (played original worlds mostly in PnP and even on NWN Online), I'd like to see what we the PCs can 'write'. It'd be interesting to see a Red or two actually make Zulkiir. *evil grin* Though... this 'ascension' might retire the wizard, but - what an achievement!
I'm okay either way really. I've played on a server that did a huge jump forward - some of us got to be descendants, but we started at scrap. What any other new player got. No heirlooms, server vault was wiped completely.
But - I too have to ask about the wizard and his/her knight as well, Kali being a Knight and all. I'd hate to lose her notoriety at 16th level, but.... the reality is - noone more than 20 years back would know who she is. (Yes, she's a 20 year old Thayan Knight) ***OK, I'll read what's above***
And as for Animayham's comment on RP - I must missing something. The RP is why I am here, though I think we all have our days of kill something vs someone. But even then, there was RP between characters. Hence - Kali's mood swings ;)
