The idea about bringing back a current PC once new PCs have reached that level after the reboot is one I had actually been tossing around as well. Let's just say: that idea is definitely on the table as a potential option. But this also would have to be decided on a case-by-case basis.

How high is high? Would there be a span? For instance if high is 10, then players with characters levels 10-13 could possibly return?

In reference to the compensations, I am guessing the player will send you an email about what they envision their character will be an the compensations will be determined at that point? Would any of these compensations apply to a returning character?
