Yes customizing is great but in additon to the gold there is the xp penalty factor which can be quite high depending on what you want done and the base item. This is a nice feature. Many lowlevels do not have enough xp or gold to do this. Sometimes the lower level may have the gold but cannot buy the item because they are not the level though they are class.
If this is posted somewhere please let me know, but why are the items level restricted in this world?
