Cain Darkfist was Duston Conners' idle, and Azel was a pretty swell guy.

1. Be fearless. 2. Never turn away from a fight. 3. Obey the rules of war.

I also heard he was a big enough jerk that when he smacked Tristella around he punched and kicked her when she was down long enough that her whole backpack spilled out. It's sure a pain to pick up and reorganize all that stuff, huh? :D

Pfft, like that was a problem. Tristella's inventory was about 90% whips, whips and more whips. She had a whip for every occasion...kind of like Tirah and her daggers, except that whips are the actual nadir of suckiness. :P

Be afraid. Cool

Heh heh heh... :D

And Feawen, you are such a liar. I just reread Renee's public notice about whoever smacks Legion people around is an enemy of Thay and yadda yadda. Don't be fibbin' about never touching a message board, you scurvy knave, you! :P

Message boards are a great resource for characters to try and contact characters in game about things. What is even nicer is now you can delete and old post you may have made with any of your characters. I know in the past prior to this one of my characters would see a post another of mine did and say dang it should be removed. Sometimes I would log out and log that character in.

As for what some may view message boards as Thay's spam, Limit posting to where your character frequents most. Yes we want to get things known but to be honest, how many of us remember exactly where we posted?

Some of the more common and frequented places:

Bezantur
Tyraturos
Eltabbar
Murbant
Thasselen

This is not to say you can not be a posting fiend :) Just maybe a suggested guide to help make it easy. Post where you feel it makes RP sense for your character and their message. :)

I'd rather see more usage of the message boards rather than people limiting their posts because they feel obligated to remove it once it's no longer valid. Post away people!

Amen to that! :)

Remember back around November or so, when the message boards in Bezantur had about four or five pages to them? It was interesting to read all of those messages. They actually seemed to form a history book of sorts. "Hey, I remember that! Now that merchant shop has become the manor for Nethjet's Tharchion or whatnot. I wonder if that Timon guy's around anymore."

Then someone slashed all of those delightful messages and brought the Bezantur boards down to one page. That was a sad day for me. :(

But whether or not I spread my notices all over Thay or limit them to one or two settlements depends on the content of the message itself. Corella's welcoming people to Pyarados? Only post it in Pyarados; there's not much reason to post it anywhere else. Corella's spurring people into looking all over Thay for some books? Okay, now she can spam it all over Thay. Someone who lives under a rock in Nethjet or Moszabbar might actually find one of those books, and it would be a shame if they didn't know what to do with it. Tailor message dispersion to the needs of the content, I say. :)

I agree however many of my posts were removed by the phantom post board editors. Some cannot be rewritten as those characters no longer exist.

Hey, that's my character. Nice to know someone saw it... Oh yeah, Goblins are love gurus - whey do you think there are so many whelps? The secret is in the sauce...
