Armies have begun massing on the plateau of Thay and marching toward the city of Amruthar. Despite numerous attempts by the Heirarch of the city to treat with the zulkirs leading the attack, and after being rebuffed by the zulkirs who stood against the decree, the city appears truly alone and doomed as the noose tightens around its neck. Mercenaries throughout Thay, and legionnaires of the Lapendrar, Tyraturos, Priador, and Alaor legions have been called to rally on the western outskirts of the city, within the tenday, beneath the tower where it all started.

All who heed the call to arms will be granted payment of 2000 talons and all the plunder they can carry out of the city. But above all, it is further decreed that the individual who proves their valor greatest during the attack will be given the keys to the city and palace, and named the new Heirarch of the city to rule it as a true Thayan city of the Lapendrar tharch!

This event will take place on Thursday, October 25 starting at 7:00 PM CST. PCs in the level 9-14 range are recommended for this combat-oriented event.
