In reference to the notice posted on the city boards.

"By order of the Tharchioness, the former legionnaire known as Ardin is to be returned preferrablly alive. He will personally be brought to me or held in the citadel until I am available. He will rejoin or rot in the Citadel."

Unoticed and ignored by the other legionnaires, one of their number posts a message on the board in the barracks then quietly leaves.

" My fellow legionnaires,

By now you all know I was banished from Bezantur by Omnipotence Ihsahn, the supposed acting Tharchion.

The Tharchion or Tharchioness is selected by a majority of votes of the eight Zulkir council who are also responsible for deciding what punishments if any a Tharchion recieves for any reported crimes.
Ten years ago Tharchioness Mari mysteriously vanished and Aznur Thrul took her place. Once again Tharchioness Mari was voted to serve as Tharchioness and yet again attempts are being made to remove her.

One Zulkir and one Red Wizard do not the laws make in regards to governorship of the Tharches as pointed out by the notice from Szass Tam.

The action against Amruthar was not a sudden whim. I was present at the council though was an observer and was there at the behest of Aznur Thrul. In the end a vote was taken and the majority ruled in its favor. The zulkirs who were against naturally were upset but yielded to the majority.
For my actions in the battle of Amruthar, Tharchioness Mari promoted me to Captain. Naturally I made a mistake or two but quickly corrected myself. I have tried hard to get the legion back up to where it was before Amruthar. My actions were based on orders recieved from the Tharchioness yet obstacles where put in my way by people who seem not to want her to succeed thus also wish me to fail.

I hold no anomosity to the ones who reported my actions to Omnipotence Ihsahn as you thought it your duty.

I pray that some sense is made out of all of this and I will be fighting with you rather than against you."
