New, Old Thay?
#1
In anticipation of the "New, Old Thay", I'd like to open an important discussion.

The return of permadeath! Yay, permadeath!!!
...

No?

Okay, that wasn't where I was going with this anyway. I'm just curious as to what peoples' plans are for new PC's. How many people are "remaking" old PC's? Who's going to do something similar to something they've already done (ie make another Red)? Who's going to open by trying something radically different?

Have any grand plots already?

I'm not asking anyone to give away any big secrets, spoilers, or fun surprises. Feel free to be as vague as you'd like.

For instance, "Hin with a grand plan!"
That's mine. Cool

I will not remake any of my characters, that would be boring... its time to try something different, yay!

All I know is I'm making a snakehandling ranger/blackguard of Set first. And at some point a cleric and a Red Wizard.
Mirella Locke - Callisto

Olukon Thrune - Bookworm priest

Hargrid Beld - Paladin of Hoar

Lyta Csndrila - Fire Woman(On hold)

I have a concept/character ready :)
Furthermore, two or three of my friends are eager to join (both experienced role-players and always IC).

I'm making a cleric, have some of the RP details worked out in my head, just trying to figure out if I'm going to multiclass or not.

With him, I think the biggest thing I will be shooting for is to be a shop owner. I always liked how Carcass and Sundaroi had various stores for their characters and I think it helps to flesh out the world, make it seem more lived in.

After that, I might revisit making another ranger and then a Red Wizard. I think I might be done with playing a Legionaire, but it's comfortable and easy so I'll probably have another one of those too.
Pluto is still a planet.

Maybe one day (once it's appropriate) I'll try a cleric of Cyric. I wanted to do one the last time, but never got around to it. I'm also considering a Bloodreaver (Garagos).

I like to have characters who function differently, both behaviorally and strategically/mechanically.

I'm going to make one who is a divine type, an evil bastard beholden to Gargauth.

I'm also going to play a martial type but it is only vaguely sketched out in my mind at this point.
100 Rocks and squats later he had learned Hellslaps lesson well.

Hmm..Not sure actually, but I might go either for a Rashemen Barbarian/Fighter-ish thing for the Legion.

Or the usual religious type...
I prefer walking towards the east..

Thinking might try a hin

*chuckles* just for fun of course ..

Since already have approval for a lycan just deciding on what type would be best :)

The lycan won't be a Hin *chuckles*
