I was thinking that would be a good idea. I have no custom portriats, so when I login to the server I usually see everyone with the shadowed head portrait unfortunately.
We could maybe use the Vault and have someone update that occasionally, or Axdec, is it possible to set up something here? Any suggestions on the best way to handle it?

I think the Vault would probably be the best option. If everyone who wants to have their portraits in game seen, I can compile them all (along with my current collection of ~2000) into one big file and post it to the vault.
My email is [email protected]. Just send 'em to me and then in a week or so I can put them all in a .rar and upload it to NWVault. While this is by no means a permanent solution as I anticipate our continued growth, this is at least a start. -Jafin

In light of the current explosion of bad blood occurring on the NWN boards as a result of 'not giving credit' to those who created the content, I request (but by no means demand) that if you know who created a portrait or portrait pack you submit to Jafin, please include that info to him so it can be added to a Credits file or something.
Sheesh. Seems we're turning into the NWN2 community. :(

Good idea. They're getting quite crazy. Of course, it seems more fueled by ulterior motives than by "not giving credit."

I'd like to remind everyone that I'm still collecting portraits. If you have any custom portraits you use for your characters and you would like the other players to see them, send them to me at [email protected]. I'll then compile them into one file and put it on NWVault for download.

i got whole bunch of head packs as well i have been refraining from using them just so there wont be any one looking at me without a head and was wondering if perhaps we can do the same thing with head packs. as well i saw a helmet in another module in the form of a hood and i was thinking perhaps Thay maybe able to have hoods also(i hate the heads with a hood, than the character permanently has a hood, dos not make sens to me).
also i looked at the vault and could int find the portraits or i missed them while looking. are they even posted yet? are they still there, maybe taken off?, if there still there perhaps any one might know a link to it? i wold love to stock up on some rely cool portraits, thanks.

I've only received a couple of portraits so far, definitely not enough to warrant an upload. As soon as I get enough I'll put it up on the Vault and provide a link here.
I doubt we'll start using head packs anytime soon. Thay has always been and likely always will be hakpak free.
