While I don't like calling it a Legion because that implies it's the official Legion of a Tharch, (like the Griffon Legion), which it's not...

Considering the alternatives, if this were a 'vote' I'd have to vote for the "Black Unicorn Legion" name as that's the most neutral for the faction as a whole. But I would like to ask Thayan to consider the misnomer of calling it a "Legion" when it isn't one.

Black Unicorn Riders, or Black Unicorn Cavalry, would thus be the most appropriate, imho.

Heh. Well yes it does bring up the Charlie reference but in actually they are Thayan's Angels! Heh he created them. Hey Ya lets call them Thayan's Angels! :D

Sable Riders would be great for a group that rode black horses...

But in this case, I prefer the more accurate Black Unicorn Riders, personally.

With respect to the Balck Unicorn Name, the reason I am not supporting it, is really does not add to the mystique of the group.

A name like Zulkirs' Angels or Valkre's of Venegence pique one's interest. When they see the animals they ride awe. People see them riding first time see thes women on these
black unicorns will say " Wow, riders of black unicorns." So the Black Unicorn Riders could be the common people's name for them.

Sort of like "The Lone Ranger" who was most ofter referred to the masked man with the silver bullet.

Maybe Thayan can weed out names he likes and have a poll. :)
