Hello,
I have a question about obtaining a mercant license...once we do and we place the merchant vender in a location, can we move it to a new location later? Or is it forever in the placed location?
Thanks.

Yes you can relocate your merchant, but you need to empty the store (items AND gold) before you fire him in order to keep your posessions. All details you can find

If you fire your merchant, he will give you back everything in the store's inventory, so you shouldn't need to clean out that before you get rid of him. However, it's probably not a bad idea to clean it out yourslef - just in case.

Hello,
I have set my merchant to NOT buy items (for now) and yet i can still sell him stuff for 1 gp each...is this a bug?

I guess it could be considerd a bug, but it's more of a NWN setting since is not possible to completely disable item selling for a NWN store unless the item itself is undroppable or plot. The workaround to this would require giving the PC back the item and taking the 1 GP away from them and crediting it back to the store. For only 1 GP an item, I just haven't seen the need to try and do this yet, however it has been/is something on an issues list that may be addressed at some point in the future.
It is assumed that other characters will see the low price and not attempt to sell anything to the store...
