Regarding the 150 Item Personal Inventory Limit

Yes or maybe have a merchant who does not run out but maybe gives lousy return, like only 50% of value or worse

What I have done is not only sell to faction merchants but have also bought from them.

Not trying to hijack this thread but I would like to suggest a few other things to a reduce lag. If you direct connect to the server, rather than click on it in your history list in the NWN client, that can help reduce some lag. Parties can cause a lot of lag and ESPECIALLY if the party is across two or more areas and spread out. I'm sure there are many more things one could be mindful of to help reduce lag, but those are a few. Enjoy.

Maybe keep the gold limit on faction merchants, but let public merchants have unlimited gold since their prices aren't as good and they're servicing more people, including new players and/or characters.

Won't work, everyone would just visit the merchants who they believe are best. The only variation would be appraise skill, and with so many merchants IG I suspect thats something that won't be liked. Just a suspicion though either way if the merchants had their bank account increased I would'nt complain. You just need to know where to go to sell really. Theres more places then just the coast and faction merchants
