Look in the MM under subtypes. I know its in 3.5

Awesome I got it page 295 monster manual. The SRD definition of humanoid is the same as the manual as far as I can see. I don't think an Illithid is a humanoid it's what ide class as an Aberration. Rakashas are monstrous humanoids which I'd class as none humanoid for the benefit of this thread.
