From the time you posted that it said, "Empty Archive file" I downloaded the same hak file, and resinstalled it using WinRaR to decompress, you are definately doing something wrong. I downloaded the same exact file you did, it's not empty. I get that a download overseas will be a bit slower but your problem seems to be using the archiving tool and not actually downloading the file.

When the exe finishes downloading, click on it to execute it. Make sure to wait, it takes some time for it to unpack.

Please do not prove Thayan right about us adding haks to our game. He said people would have troubles. You can do this!

Beladra, it might be too big to send so stick with the packed version if you are having difficulties.

I wouldn't worry too much! Drop Box is an online cloud style type thingamajig and it helps transfer files quicker and better! I have it on my phone :P
