Before I file a formal report, has anyone else experienced problems with regen items either not work or getting a message you have more than one item so the item does not work even if on only have one regen item?
So far the work around has been to unequip and requip yet that does not work sometimes.
If needed I will file an official report when I get off work.

This has been an issue for years, Ani. Since it does not consistently happen, reproing it is difficult. Just re-equip the item and go on your merry way.

Ok but it has been consistent for a week with two of my characters Garbage and Marister

If you have steps that repro the issue, post a problem report and I'll look into it.

Does it start off that way, or does it occur after you have fallen in battle? I have noticed this most often after my PC falls and the regen item is dropped back into the inventory. Almost like the system didn't take note of the item being unequipped upon the PCs near-death experience. Putting it on then re-equipping it seems to reset the item in the system.

I have had this mainly with the helm of regeneration...I have found logging out with it unequipped has solved the problem for me.

Nope. It starts off that way I requip and equip and sometimes it corrects itself. If it claims it does and I happen to get into a fight I check the server screen and show no restoration of points so I have to hopefully out run the attackers to have the time to reequip. Garbage has a helm and Marister has a ring. Even if they have killed the attackers or run away, once safe I requip and unequip.
I think thats what happened to Mar yesterday though between the lag and fighting I had no time to check but I did save logs.
Even if I relog them either immediately or after awhile I may do the same dance.

I previously had a regen item and noticed that it unequipped itself when i needed it most (aka : bleedout). Though i think this is likely by design i guess this would be the place and time to bring it up just in case

That is by design. Otherwise regen makes a person immune to bleeding.
