Hello !

I assisted a fellow player on one of his quests with one of my characters.

My alignment got damaged towards chaotic because we had to bash 3 or so doors to complete his quest causing -6 towards chaotic.

I know already that i can use the "Payment box" / "Honesty box" in [removed by Balanor]

Problem is, that i can do that only once per day (in-game-day ??), which is a little bit too slow for my taste, would be nice if can heal up the alignment-damage quicker.

My question is :

Are there other possibilities (perhaps more of those boxes) to heal up the alignment-damage faster without paying the hell of money at the temple ?

(I don't even know which god is best suited for getting an lawful alignment without shift towards good or evil).

(I have had bad experiences with donations in a temple in the past with another of my characters, because it didn't worked at all, nothing was shiftet towards the wanted alignment at all, and i payed thousands of gold-coins, which got totally wasted back then, and i dont want to repeat this disgusting experience again.)

Yeah that was an unusual trip!! Apologies for the pain this has caused to your character... I know Pluto is head DM you could write a PM to him explaining the situation and maybe he may see fit to return your Allignment back to it's state before we cocked it up!!

Your RP actions can warrant an Allignment change if a DM warrants it as plausible they can set an Allignment shift on your character!

No harm has been done at all, don't worry. And i really like doing adventuring with you as well  

And it really isn't as important as it might have sounded, it just takes some time thats all.

Do you know any other places / opportunities / ways to get an lawful alignment ?

Tithing to lawful Gods and the donation box are the main ways to gain lawful points. DMs can award alignment points should they find your actions to be lawful, chaotic, good or evil. There is no quick and easy way to gain (certain) alignment points because actions have consequences. If you're lawful and don't want chaotic points, then don't do anything chaotic, or get someone else who is a more chaotic person and have them do it away from you (disband from the party) so you're not associated with said person should they be caught or awarded an alignment point you don't want.

If you are looking for LE deities this thread lists all the deities that are available for selection on the server. That being said, all of those may not have temples in Thay.

As Ninja stated above, avoiding chaotic actions is the best. In general alignment shifts should be gradual, so losing/gaining a few points here and there shouldn't hurt you too much. Just learn what chaotic actions are and avoid doing those or being around those that do.
