I am not really sure how the library research works because i have spent the last two hours searching for information in the Ohgman Library and have found nothing... It gets extremely tiresome going back and forth especially as you have to do that anyway with the letters but it is even more tiresome and you don't get much for it. In other words i was wandering if there was more logic to it then just randomly hoping you get the research you are looking for or easier ways of obtaining it... Is it intellingence modified?

i think its intellegence based and Lore skill "MAY" have something to do with it.
however, i believe it is still considered RP if you decide to take 20 on it,.. meaning google or Bing the answer.
also try checking other libraries,.. like the Central Citadel and the one in the upstairs of Jergal.
not sure if certain places have a better chance for certain questions.

Intelligence, Lore, and Bard and/or Wizard levels all improve the research attempt.

Still having trouble >.< Once again searching for a good hour and no answers and even against my judgement i used Google and Bing and still no answer... Also used other libraries numerous times and still nothing so wandering if it would be worth leaving a letter I.C to the priest of the Oghman temple in hope he will reply with the answer perhaps?

If your character's mind is numb from a failed research attempt(s), have him rest to clear his mind and refocus. Then visit a library again. He'll be ready to research once more.

You could also RP it out by asking other PCs about questions. That's always a good resource as well.

There is still your option to decline the quest and get a new one...
