I was looking through all the gods and found a few that allow Strength and war in them. Only problem for me is that none of these gods allow your pc to be lawful other then Gilgeam who hasn't been put in game yet. I'm making a Monk Cleric with Strength and war, any suggestions?

If you would be willing to exchange War for Protection or Healing I reckon Ilmater (Lawful Good, Triad God) would fit the bill. There are many different Orders for Ilmater Monks, foremost and most prominent amongst those are without doubt "The Broken Ones" whom take it upon themselves to punish those who bring pain upon others and always be there for those hurt or in need, their increadible willpower and fortitude allowing them to survive things which would kill lesser men, without many scratches. Alternatively, there is also the Brotherhood of Crushed Flowers (or something like that) which is all about going to -really- inhospitable places (such as Thay) and then helping anyone they can in these places, healing, protection, assistance. Apart from that, I got nothing.
Remember to give a thought to how you would portray such a Monk/Cleric, such an individual would probably be quite devout, so it is important to understand the deity you are seeking to associate with.

Once again Edin you paint beauty with words.

This is incorrect. Gilgeam is available for deity selection in-game. However, are speaking of no in-game temple for him? If so, that is correct. But I would encourage your PC to start one via the tools available (player housing, tailor models for faction items/cloaks, recruiting other NPCs and PCs, posting on the in-game message boards, etc) and let the DMs know too that your PC is trying to start up a new temple.
If the temple grows big/important enough it could eventually warrnt some design time for more permanant temple quarters, faction contacts, and so on.
