Let it be known that lycans of ALL breeds are hereby outlawed in Bezantur.
Any lycan found on the streets will be dealt with swiftly.
Those found in human form will be given until the next full moon
to cure or be killed. Those in hybrid form will be killed on sight.

I want to clarify something: This is NOT the end of lycans. Lycans are NOT 'banned from the server'. You do not HAVE to have your lycan PCs cured. Your PCs can still be lycans and become lycans if you wish. Lycans are ONLY outlawed in Bezantur at the moment due to recent IC events. If you want to play a lycan, feel free but either stay out of Bezantur on the nights of the full moon (there's only 6 other towns and castles you can go to on those nights if you must transform in a 'civilized' area) or risk the wrath of the legion there if you get caught - and don't advertise in Bezantur that you are a lycan on the days the moon is not full.

If you don't like it and feel you MUST play your PC lyan in Bezantur, do something IC to get the PC (or others who can influnece him or maybe even override his decision) to change his mind. DON'T complain OOCly to the DMs about how it is unfair or ruins your character - figure out a way to make it happen ICly.
