Yes, to have a separate helm/hood would require a hakpak. Since Thay is hak-free this unfortunately isn't an available option (although I admit they are cool).

I'd like to assemble the portrait pack by this weekend so if you have any custom portraits you'd like to add, please send them to me ASAP if you'd like it to be included. As before, if you know who made the original portrait or where you got it from, please include that in your email.

I only received 2 submissions from players. With so few I thought perhaps there were simply a lack of custom portraits in use and I was pretty much the only one. In addition, I have little to no credits for any of the portraits I have and with the low interest I thought it best to perhaps not upload the pack. However, if there is still an interest, I can still do an upload.

I see... it just came back to my mind when I noticed players with custom portraits on. If you think the Vault is not the right place with all the squabbling over credits I may be able to provide another place to put the pack...

If we're still only talking about maybe a handful of portraits, there's always the option of simply having people post links to the portraits they're using, and let everyone else decide whether to download them.

Thanks kta. If you happen to get a pretty decent collection of portraits from someone and would like to put them up on our Vault site, just package them up and send them to me - I can add them as another file download there.

I personally have somewhere in the area of 1500 (give or take a couple hundred, I don't wanna count) custom portraits in my collection. It's a conglomerate of most of what I consider to be the "quality" portrait packs downloadable from the Vault plus the two or three I received from players here. Would that be something we'd like on the Vault site?

Sure - we can put them all together. If someone starts out a package and gets it to me I can put it up there. It would be nice to have a 'Credits' file with it for listing all the artists you know of who created the portraits (or at least where you got them from). I'm not real picky on that though - if we don't have it, we don't have it.
