Thayvian, Waterdhavian ... it seems to make plenty more sense, linguistically, than Thayan, to me.

To be fair, "Waterdeepian," "Waterdeepish" or "Waterdeepese" would just sound silly. My Waterdhavian Umberlant would not be pleased with any of them. :P
