Do you need to get out of the game to do so? Or does it store it in a folder like Irfranview? With Irfranview you create a screenshot folder in NWN and you press the print key and it automatically stores images without intrerruption of gameplay.
It too has a built in editor.

I'd like to recommend Pangolin Screen Brightness ( http://www.pangobright.com/download.htm ) for those of you who like to play late-night or in the dark, it's good for when you want to browse late at night/in the dark, or for when you want to go to sleep in the next hour or so (dimmer light, so less strain on the eyes and more melatonin production).



For screenshots, I tend to just like the normal method, but if you have issues with a normal method (I know some servers do, don't think Thay is one of them), fraps is pretty useful, even the free version. http://www.fraps.com/
