...or better about the management of slaves. I always found it odd to loose all captured slaves on logout - recently I found out that in some cases the slaves are still in the area and respond to voice commands but do not appear in the party and vanish when leaving the area. I'm thrilled when walking around Thay with my two Blooded Gnoll bodyguards :D but it is always a pain to catch them anew on relog...
Another thing that bugs me is to be unable to sell only choosen slaves to the slavemerchant - in the above case I might want to keep my Blooded Gnolls but sell those annoying goblins...
And how about I could station a slave inside my own house, attacking any intruder not in my party? That would be great! So what do you think?

about selling specific slaves i found if you leave the ones you do not want to sell out of view of the slave buyer and the ones you want to sell beside you than the ones beside you get soled and the ones out of view will stay.
and yes if this is possible to do the rest of the stuff mentioned that wold be really cool i also found logging out and loosing your slaves not very convenient.

The ability to even be able to command your slaves was something that grew out of the original system which was to simply capture specific characters (called Escaped Slaves) and sell them. Changes were added which allowed PCs the ability to command the slaves, and it's possible that may evolve to a point where they will be persistent.
Both the option of having persistent slaves and guards/slaves in houses has been brought up in the past and is something that will be considered for future enhancements to the system.

Whoah! I tried the same and always get a reply from the slaver that I have to gather all my slaves before selling them! But I will try again - maybe they have to far away?

I tested this a few times and it is absolutely not possible for me to do this. I get the following msg: Not all your recaptured slave stock is nearby. You'll need to gather them before speaking with the Slave Merchant to sell them.

hmmm... perhaps something was changed from wen i have done so? or perhaps i miss-read the text(memery a bit fuzzy, didint realy think much of it then), but i think i actually "did" sell half my slaves that time(as i said my memory is fuzzy, in not sure anymore)...
anyway ill try it again wen i got time.
