RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - TheSupremeForce - 08-07-2014 I appear to be suffering from a case of Character's Block. I'll make an appearance in game once one of two things happens. 1. I talk myself into something. 2. Someone suggests something to me that's so weird/crazy/unusual/off-the-beaten-track that I can't refuse. 3. A combination of 1 & 2. I shall now sit back and await the flood of pm's. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Hexmendacious - 08-25-2014 Hello Thayans I'm really enjoying the server and just wanted to check in. I live in Portland, Oregon (Pacific Time, currently GMT -7 during "Daylight Savings Time" and GMT -8 in the Fall/Winter) and usually play late at night (so, GMT 9am-12pm) . In terms of RPG types, I'd say I'm primarily an Explorer (Clubs), followed next by a tie between and Achiever (Diamonds) and Socializer (Hearts). I'm not much of a Killer (Spades), but I certainly appreciate aspects of that style of play. I sometimes play tabletop RPGs, and I built and DM'd my own PW for a while, until I somehow broke the module during the 1.69 update. I've been out of NWN for a while and this is my tentative return. Really stoked to be exploring Thay. If you see me in game, feel free to send me a Tell, because I'm a little shy and probably won't send the first Tell ;). Right now I'm playing a character named Fell. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Sundraoi - 08-25-2014 Welcome to Thay, Hex. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Bela - 08-25-2014 Welcome to Thay Fell. I have already spoken to you in tells, feel free to send a tell anytiime you need to know something. You will find me on most days, most times, even through the night sometimes heehee. Enjoy your stay with us. We are a friendly bunch. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Animayhem - 08-25-2014 Welcome to Thay Fell. I live in Seattle so our time frames should mesh. I also do not mind tells for meeting or if you have questions. My characters are Rimeth and Caramiriel. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Bertram Anders - 08-25-2014 Hello and welcome to Thay. Its always nice to have new faces on the server...also welcome back to NwN. I am usually on Brandon Baxter or Fennrick, so if you have any questions just shoot me a tell and I will do my best to help you. :D RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - SaraM - 10-02-2014 Hello everyone! I actually haven't played Neverwinter online until a short while ago, but I always wanted to play in Thay in pen and paper so here I am! :p I haven't been able to play much D&D/Pathfinder lately and was looking for other ways to roleplay, and some random person suggested Neverwinter and I decided to reinstall and try it out. I really like it so far! I just have to keep myself from making a bunch of different characters :) RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Animayhem - 10-02-2014 Welcome. Yes it can be addicting. You can always play a basic campaign to flesh out character ideas. RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Bela - 10-02-2014 Welcome SaraM. I agree with Ani. It is very addictive. LOL. I have decided that there are 3 main rules of this server since joining last year....... 1......Enjoy and have fun. 2......Enjoy and make friends. 3......and Enjoy. :D RE: The Thay Community - Introduce yourself - Bishop Edward - 10-06-2014 (10-02-2014, 08:29 AM)SaraM Wrote: Hello everyone!Welcome! Thay's the closest to PnP I've found on NWN (or 2). Especially now that you've signed on for one of our awesome campaigns, which have always felt to me even more like the PnP most of us know and love... Look forward to seeing more of you! - Edward Bishop |
