A new change regarding this due to events last night: Any PC at level 5+ who has not pledged to the Vengeful will have undead patrolling the walls and streets of Bezantur, Thasselen, Murbant, and the Keep of Sorrows go hostile to them. For any who wish to pledge themselves now, they'll need to 'run the gauntlet' of trying to get past the undead infesting Bezantur in order to reach the city tombs and the sarcophagus.
