So some clarification here, which I will also put in the original post:
---------------------------------------
When you receive the following message, it is not an error:
“You must wait awhile longer before beginning another league of travel.”
The reason for this is twofold. The first one is due to the overland system mechanics to ensure overland areas have a chance to get properly reset when players leave them, but the second is because your character has just traveled a league - it's not like they just hopped over a street like they do in cities and towns. They need a bit of a rest to do it again. So when you get that message, it means you’ve traveled a league once within the last 30 seconds and need to wait before going another league.
In addition, again, just as an FYI, I have recently removed the restriction that your entire party must be nearby to travel to the next league. Now each person needs to reach the edge of the current area to travel the next league rather than grouping together and only one person do the traveling.
---------------------------------------
Unfortunately, the debug information in the logs is not proving a great help since for both these reports they are telling me that you each should have been jumped to the correct side of the map. And in the case were there were two people in Wing’s party, the log provided me the exact same information for each, so it *appears* there may be something other than the overland travel code causing the problem. I also see Razor jumped back and forth between Eltabbar and the same overland location multiple times before the problem happened, so if that can be replicated, let me know the details.
However, there may be a pattern forming. To try and verify this pattern, I'd also like you to let me know for any future reports if you were next to a ‘static’ area like a city (Etlabbar, Tyraturos, etc), town, castle, or point of interest (like the High Road Escarpment). Both these reports were right next to a static area, and testing done by Force and Prinny so far seems to indicate the jumping problem has a better chance of happening around the High Road Escarpment area.
