Okay, so I have a Dwarf Character, Fortis Stonebeard, that is interested in having a Dwarfish Church, called Khazad Thay, built in Pyarados. The character is going to have the majority of his rp centered around Pyarados, and has already joined the Legion there.
Khazad Thay would essentially be a place where shrines to all the Dwarven deities would be erected and a Dwarf could come and worship however he pleased, to whichever one he pleased.
My intention is to do this as a player house that will have keys that I will give to any Dwarf in game. Fortis would call himself "Thane" of the Khazad.
Would this make it an official joinable "faction" or would it be an unofficial player group? Not sure how the process works, if there is one, for starting things like this.
