Since it has been almost 5 years since this thread was last updated (July 10, 2009), and since it is of importance to virtually every player, as of today I have just updated it to provide much more information and details about the Thay PW's notoriety system. Since the notoriety metrics are hidden from all, I will likely not get into more specific information, but if you seek clarification about the notoriety system or have questions about it that don't necessarily rely on revealing the underlying mechanics, this is the thread to post them him.
